𝗚𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗿𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗼𝗻 🎨

In our art lesson with Mrs Dalton we made blackberry pots.

We made these out of clay. We started off by shaping our pots and once we were happy with them, we made some blackberries too for around the sides.

Our pots had to go into a machine called a Kiln. A kiln is a specialised, thermally insulated oven designed to reach high temperatures for firing, drying, or hardening various materials, most commonly clay. 

Once the clay was set, the children designed their pots by mixing different colours of paint. 

This was such a fun lesson for all 😄
