We used Geostrips to investigate how many different types of triangles we could make. We discovered three different types of triangles: equilateral, isosceles and scalene.

We explored the properties of each triangle and learned what the different names tell us about their sides:

🔵 Equilateral – all 3 sides are equal in length.
🟢 Isosceles – 2 sides are equal in length.
🟠 Scalene – no sides are equal in length.

We enjoyed using the Geostrips to create, compare and investigate different triangles while developing our understanding of their properties!
