  • Board Game Club

    On Friday the 8th of March some of the P7s enjoyed our first board game club by playing Harry Potter Hogwarts Battle. It is a cooperative game whereby the P7s had to work together as a team to plan, strategize and collaborate to defeat the villains from book 1 of the Harry Potter series. We hope to grow the club as we continue the year by adding new cooperative board games and new members. Stay Posted!

  • Author Visit

    P6 and P7 were treated to a visit by famous author, Tọlá Okogwu. Tọlá talked to the children about her life and deciding to become an author. She inspired the children to continue reading and encouraged a career in being an author.

    They were all treated to a signed copy of her book, Onyeka and the Academy of the Sun.

    We had a great Health Awareness Week in school. We all completed daily miles and explored what makes a healthy lifestyle. Mrs Ritchie's P7 class led an assembly on the importance of wellbeing and how to look after our body and minds. &

  • Santa Visit

    P1 and P2 had a special visitor to get them in the Christmas spirit!

    Santa came to school today to meet the children. They had the opportunity to listen to Santa read a story and give out some early Christmas presents. 

    We were very happy to learn we are all on the nice list!

  • Northern Ireland Commissioner for Children and Young People Visit

    The NI Commissioner for Children and Young People, Chris Quinn, visited our school today. He heard from our principal, Mr Wright, about how we support our children with additional educational needs.
