Our winners of the Internet safety poster competition were Poppy P2, Lacie P7 and Eva P3. Well done!

This week is a very important week in Glenwood, it is Anti-Bullying Week. The theme this year is 'Reach Out'. We kicked off with Odd Socks Day on Monday 14th November, with our adults and children wearing odd socks to celebrate what makes us all unique.
At Chess Club this year we are delighted to say it is the largest one ever with 16 members coming each Friday lunchtime, after extra chess sets were procured. Congratuations to Jack who currently leads the chess ladder to date but we have some excellent new members who have just joined and are climbing the ladder swiftly. We have reached out to the Ulster Chess Union and they hopefully will send out a visitor for us and have also reached out to numerous schools for a chess match, so watch this space...
